Brazilian engineering firm Casa 100 Arquitetura planned this conservative loft for a solitary man who lives Rio de Janeiro yet goes to São Paulo for work. As it’s a moment home utilized principally to sleep, the proprietor would not like to contribute much cash yet needed a comfortable space. The fashioners settled on straightforward materials and negligible stylistic theme with the goal that the loft helped to remember a comfortable inn room – such a space wouldn’t require much contributing. Some mechanical touches like tough solid ledges were incorporated to cut on the costs.
The subsequent space includes a resting zone, a working zone, a little washroom and even an overhang, which is joined into the space and is utilized as a sitting zone. A spotted glass board enables light to enter the restroom. Two cement racks shape the kitchen, with the one on the base going about as the kitchen ledge that proceeds to hold the TV and storeroom box. Beneath that is space to house a bag, more garments and shoes. The upper rack holds books and ornamental articles, alongside a plant.
